Ive tried all graphics settings and even on low im lucky to get above 30. It only seems to happen in this particular game. (Yes my card is really slow but it works _ok_) It plays graphics hungry games flawlessly (Ark, Halo, Battlefield 5, Warzone, etc). I tried that, D3D11 is displayed in RTSS. Process explorer (from sysinternals) can tell you what's using GPU in the system.
